1080p video causes weird stuttering

Hey all

I’m having issues playing back Howl’s Moving Castle on my Vero 4K +.
Sometimes it weirdly stutters in scenes that should be fluidly.

The file is being streamed over the local gigabit network but running it through usb also shows the issue.
Automatically adjusting the framerate doesn’t fix the issue.

File info:
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part10) (avc1)
Frame rate: 23.976216
Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV 10-bit LE

Logs:
Here are the logs: http://paste.osmc.tv/oyurikedog
Here is a video recording of the stuttering, albeit micro in this recording: - YouTube
Here is a clip to check for yourself. a short video file showing correctly on VLC on PC but not fluid in Vero 4K+: MEGA

Hi10p cannot be hardware decoded. Sam has been working on some improvement to it, but it will always be software decoded. This is not a Vero issue as hardware support for that format is almost non-existent. You could use something like Handbrake to re-encode it to something more standard like a 8-bit H.264 or 10-bit H.265 though.
