Is there a simple way to add additional information (ie Foldername, Filename, Format, etc) in the Media Information Screen?

AFAIK this depends on the skin you are using. Some skins offer different views: Wall, Bigwall, Media-info etc… which might provide the information you need.
i hoped not to change the skin. Now it runs on a Raspberry Pi with a huge Library and it works. A different skin could slow down everything. I want to stay with the OSMC skin.
I’m using the Mimic skin. I’ve also played with Bello and Arctic Zephyr. All of them work pretty fine on RPI (i.e. they are pretty lightweight). Maybe one of them might suit your wishes.
