1: can you have a game controller running along side the Vero remote (and the TV remote)?
2: how to add it ( I think I can figure the rest out)

I’ve used one of my son old Xbox One controllers, pairing in BT under MyOSMC→Bluetooth. Kodi detects a new controller and you can map the buttons. Then since it’s already connected when you start RetrOSMCmk2, it will detect the connected controller and you have to map the buttons in Emulationstation. I did this as late as last week, but on a Vero4k for a family member. But it shouldn’t be any problem with the Vero V, and it got some more horse power for the more demanding emulators.
