After update Vero V default remote does not work anymore

i have upgraded to latest. my default remote provided with the box does not work anymore. only the AV amp remote works. they uses to work both at the same time. i prefer the Vero remote and would like to fix it. the AV amp remote is slow and does not have all features. how can you help?

i suppose the remote works because battery is new and i can see the blue led light on the remote when pushing buttons

i just tries the home+OK pairing multiple times with no luck. shut down the AV amp. no help.
i see the pairing mode process ongoing because blue light gets on for like 5/10sec on the remote

In the last week or two (I cannot remember when there was the last update) my Vero V remote has stopped working several times and the only solution is to remove and replace it’s battery. It’s as though the remote needs a reset. It can be working when I pause something and then not working when I return from the loo.

No equipment has been moved or changed.

I’ll keep an eye on it, no logs or complaints yet, just raising my hand.

Try hold Home and OK to re-pair the remote
