Andriod Tablet and Setting Up Hot Spot on OSMC

Hi there I have recently set up on another memory card Plex Media Server on my Raspberry Pie 3B+. I am now experimenting with OSMC on the same device. what i want to know is

How do i set up the hotspot so i can use it as a portable server and have my Android Tablet act as the screen via kodi installed on my tablet.

sorted just trying to get play back via kodi on my table to work.
