You seem to have added the Debian sources list. Don’t do this — you need armv6l for Pi 1 and you will brick your install otherwise.

sorry I don’t know what that means, how it happened, or how to fix it?

What’s the content of /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian.list?
I don’t think this file should be present.

Remove that file, it should then be fine.
