Your issue it’s being looked into but it’s not clear that you precisely understand the situation. Bluetooth audio has been in an experimental development phase for the life of the original iterations of Vero as well as the current 4k (pi as well I believe). There is some focus on this but the resolution will not be found in simply ticking some config option in a menu, but an issue that must be solved,under the hood so to speak, programmatically in a way that does not improve function of some devices while breaking others. There are thousands of bt devices out here and very few of them seem to require a simple uniform configuration to be utilized. Your patience and continued cooperation in providing useful debug info will be key.
