Hi. Everyone tells me the PIs can do Auto-switch frame rate, and KODI can do Auto-switch frame rate.
So my guess is: OSMC can do it. But i can’t find the setting to activate it - just the manual Hz setting but no “auto” option.

It’s in System->Video->Playback “Adjust display refresh rate to match video”. You might need to change the settings level to Advanced or Expert to see it though.
aha! Advanced or Expert settings. Didn’t know that exists… 
How can i activate expert? (sorry - total noob PI wise
