Back from test Version to stable release

Hi,

is it possible to get back from test Version to latest stable 17.4? When I try to update my test Version I get this error: W: Failed to fetch http://download.osmc.tv/dev/gmc/./Packages 404 Not Found

There is no simple way back from Leila. So reinstall is your fastest option.
The error you are seeing is caused by an issue on the server which I assume will be fixed when GMC is back from vacation

thx for your reply. I’m not running Leila, I have 17.3 installed.

Ok just saw now that is the very old Krypton test apt and not the Leia one.
Than just remove the line from sources.list an do update/dist-upgrade

Seems to work. And I dont need to replace Index of /osmc/osmc/download/dev/gmc with another source?

You file should look like this:

osmc@osmc:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ jessie-updates main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main contrib non-free

deb http://apt.osmc.tv jessie main
