Okay so in skin homescreen setting I have a button called Addon and I want to make it launch Addon How Would I do this

Depends on the skin. Some like Amber allow you to launch Favourited addons.
Also, please edit your post to remove direct references to that addon as it is in breach of the forum rules. Just call it “addon”.
