Can't connecto to raspberry pi from my pc computer

Hi,

I’ve just successfully installed OSMC on my raspberry pi and I am trying to transfer some files to it from my windows computer. The pi is working perfectly fine, I can stream videos from my computer to it using SMB.

The problem that I have is that when I type \192.168.1.11 (the pi’s ip address) in a windows folder address bar I get a connection error. Nevertheless when I type that address in chrome i can successfully connect to the pi’s web interface.

I’ve trying enabling UPnP and everything I could on the pi to no avail.

Any tips would be welcomed!

Go into MyOSMC store and install samba server then retry
