Constant flickering light

I have woke up a couple days ago to find a flickering red light on my Vero 4k. Have tried the steps to reinstall/reset but nothing I can do seems to bring it back to life. What are my next steps?

Is the PSU plugged directly in to the wall?
Any peripheral attached?

I have removed all peripherals and yes was directly into the wall. The red light is mostly constant but flickers occasionally. Tried both methods to reset but doesn’t appear to be working at all.
