I have a PC configured in the following manner. Two SSDs 1) 128 and 2) 64 gig Number 1 has Win 7 professional and 2 is presently empty. There is also a 1 T HD which holds all data. This PC I built for my wife. She watches a lot of foreign stuff on YouTube and seems to get malware.

I want to duel boot the system in this manner. When she wants to use it as a PC, just go into the first SSD with Win 7. I would like to make a media center on the second SSD in the hope that any problems will be confined to it.

How to configure OSMC with Kodi?

Is there a browser available at this time?

I am new at this.

OSMC is not available for PC at this time.

A PC release will be available in the coming weeks, it will not allow dual booting capabilities immediately, as this will be an evaluation build.
