Afternoon guys,
I realise that there are a few threads about issues with DV, however I thought I’d post this one as well - it’s new for me, and the first time I’ve seen it…
With HDR Processing set to “Auto” I get green static-looking noise as a picture, but I do get sound. The TV displays an icon saying “Dolby Vision - Dolby Atmos via Sound bar”.
With HDR Processing set to “Force HDR (no DV)” I get an HDR picture and Atmos sound. The TV displays an icon saying “HDR - Dolby Atmos via Sound bar”.
I have updated to the latest staging repository and checked for updates just before playing the file.
I enabled debug logging and rebooted twice, then navigated to the problematic movie and pressed play. It ran for a few seconds and then I grabbed the logs: https://paste.osmc.tv/otobenenov.
I have an LG OLED65C46LA and a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) connected to the eARC HDMI port.
TV is set to bitstream and passthrough audio.

I have another copy of this movie that plays fine, albeit in HDR only ,and the sound is DDP 7.1 (as expected), with no change to settings but HDR Processing set back to “Auto”.
Odd that it doesn’t play as DV…
