Enable system sounds? ie. Scrolling (mouse) sound when moving through menus

My vero 4k has these subtle scrolling sounds when navigating menus. My pi2 does not. Any way of enabling them on pi2 (kodi/osmc ofc)

The setting is found in settings>system>audio>play gui sounds

Thanks. Having wierd problems today. … freaking reboot works too…lol (not that didn’t try that already/weird)
