Episode info error

Hi,

after 2017.10-1 upgrade fetching of episode information from TheTVDB.com seems to be broken with the following error message (found in kodi.log file):

CCurlFile::Stat - Failed: HTTP response code said error(22) for http://thetvdb.com/banners/
CCurlFile::Open failed with code 404 for https://api.thetvdb.com/series/313270/images/query?keyType=fanart…
