Does anyone else have overlay ads appearing while watching videos?
I regularly get EPIX ads.
Sounds like something caused by an add-on. What add-ons have you got installed?
Also you may find your answer quicker by asking at http://forum.kodi.tv as this would be a kodi issue not an OSMC one.
Kodi forum won’t help as we won’t when we hear about the pirate addon causing the problems.
Some file lockers use adverts in their videos, as their revenue is being cut out by people watching the videos directly on a TV.

This appeared above two completely independent video files and I assumed they were overlay ads.
I’ve fast-forwarded the movies and it turned out they are burned into the video.
