Error occurred while writing the image

Hi everyone. I’m trying to install the newest OSMC image onto a brand new Kingston 16GB SD card but I’m running into the above error message during install.
I’m using Mac OS Catalina ver 10.15.1 and the built in SD card reader in the side of my machine. I’m logged in as admin.
Here is the error log.
Appreciate any help!

Just a heads up - I think this has more to do with OS X’s way of handling write/access permissions for external volumes since the same thing happens when I try to write something with Etcher.

For now, you can use dd via the command line

I haven’t had a chance to reproduce the issue yet.

Any news regarding the support for macOS Catalina?
I configured read/write permission for external volumnes in Catalino for osmc installer, but still not working:
stderr: 0:137: execution error: dd: /dev/rdisk3: Operation not permitted (1)

I haven’t had time to look at this yet, but you can use another tool in the interim.
