This doesn’t look like My OSMC presenting that dialogue.

Correct, it is what appears to me in the time of the traditional addon.

So as another addon interferes with OSMC I guess you would need to disable that addon.
If you need help to find out more I suggest enabling debug logging and reproducing the pop-up would be helpful

  • reboot the OSMC device
  • reproduce the issue
