Please enable debugging in Kodi settings, try to install it again, then after the error occurs use the log uploader to upload all logs.
Have you installed transmission from debian?, then uninstall those…
sudo apt-get purge transmission-daemon transmission transmission-common
maybe remember backup of your settings.json (settings).

The problem was I forgot to purge the transmission-common…
