Ethernet to Wi-Fi hotspot not working

Hi I’m very new to this.
I have a Pi 2. In Trying to use it as a Wi-Fi hotspot but when I connect to it with my phone it says you may not be able to connect to the internet, which I can’t.
I’ve seen others solving this but changing a end proxy setting to yes using command line.
Can anyone give me a step by step to do this please

Set your DNS manually and it should work.

It’s my works connection I’m trying to use so can’t change there’s because it’s under admin password.
Found out the primary and secondary DNS using OSMC and changed the connection setting on my phone to match and BOOM.
all working.
