i want to change my 4KBox from Popcorn Hour A500 to VERO4K+. All my files are stored on .ext3 formatet Harddiscs. Does VERO4K+ work with EXT3?

Yes will work fine. But when possible you might want to upgrade to EXT4
Depends on if the kernel of the Popcorn box kernel is new enough to support ext4.
IMHO, it should. But it has to be tested.
you mean like 2.6 kernel or newer lol?! I’d be willing to bet its running 3.14 kernel as pretty much every ARM box out of China runs
