Failure to read files in hdd

Hi. I am using the Vero 4K.
Why can it be that when you connect a portable HD (500 GB) where are the files (movies). When playing, it is disconnected only and a message of “ejection of storage device” appears and from there it is connected and disconnected all the time …?

This likely means your drive isn’t getting enough power.
I recommend using a powered hub or external power supply.
