Format of OSMC Backup File?

Anybody know the format of the OSMC backup file on RPi?
My SD card seems to have become corrupted (RPi boots, but OSMC does not - card reads OK in Linux…)
I saved a backup a while back, but can’t remember where:worried:. If I knew the format and/or naming convention I might be able to track it down…
Alternatively, can anybody suggest a way of transferring user settings (menus etc) to a fresh install?

Just grab the whole /home/osmc/.kodi directory and then move it to your new install.
