How do I install OSMC onto my new RaspberyPi3

I am a very novice user. I have managed to set up my RaspberryPi3, then followed instructions to download OSMC, box in lower l/h corner of screen displayed ‘download finished’ but will not open and no file found. Any ideas please.

Not 100% sure which instructions are you referring too, could you post the URL of your instructions?
Are you referring to a NOOBS install?
