How do we access the Transmission torrent client?

Just installed this on the OSMC app store, not seeing it in any of the menu’s.
Says I need to use a webclient, but when I type in 192.168.1.15:9091
it returns http://192.168.1.15:9091/ is unreachable.

Are you sure that this is the right IP of your Raspberry?
