Howto play video in slow motion?

Hi,

I’ve seen a post on this from a few years back, but while to my knowledge at least Kodi Krypton supports this, how can I lower the speed when playing videos (on Vero 4K) ? I’m especially looking for a user-friendly option, like for instance remapping the forward and rewind buttons on the included remote to change the speed.

This would get towards a feature I currently have on a Humax freeview recorder, where I can double/quadruple speed or half/quarter speed. I only use these for skipping sections (already covered in Kodi) or slowing enough to see film credits.
