I cannot set up a WiFi connection

Hi everyone,

I set up a OSMC on a Raspberry Pi with WiFi and it runs well. I tried to set up the same device in a friend’s house and I thought I only needed to change the wifi but it was impossible. I couldn’t configure the wifi in the right way and his wifi is OK, I could configure my mobile phone without problems.

Does someone know what is happening?
Can I set up the wifi in other way?
