Image freezes after turning off TV using HDMI splitter

Hi there!

I´m using the most updated version of Kodi/OSMC on a Raspi2. I use an HDMI splitter in order to connect the Pi2 to the home cinema via toslink. Everything works fine until I turn off the TV and turn it on again. Then all I get is a black screen and I have to reboot the Pi2 via SSH. If after the reboot I turn off/on the TV again I have the same problem. Someone have any idea what the problem could be??

What happens if you remove the splitter and turn off/on the tv?
