I have run OSMC on various Raspberry Pis for several years and carried out a number of installs and re-installs. I have now attempted a new install on a Pi4. Unfortunately, it will not progress beyond the initial ‘rainbow’ screen. I have tried three SD cards, including a brand new one. I have run checksum on the image file. I have tried a second Pi4, all without success.
I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what might be causing this.

Thanks for the thought but no, I have downloaded the right one for the RPi4.
Are you using the OSMC Installer to prepare the SD Card?
Can you show the content of the SD card?
Yet another attempt to install.. and this time it succeeded.
Good news, of course, but frustrating. I’m not aware of any differences between this and the many previous failures.
Perhaps the SD card is failing.
I note you’ve tried three however, so it’s unlikely to be that.
Do you have another power supply at hand to check?
