Installation problems on OS X

Device: Rasp Pi 2
Installation media: SDcard
Connection: Wifi

I am attempting to install OSMC on a SD card using my macbook running OSX 10.11.

The software does not detect my hardware when it comes times to choosing the location for installation.

I have a microsd card in a usb adapter and my computer does detect it just this software does not see it. Is their an alternate method to installation.

Yes, you can download an image directly from Download - OSMC, but it would be good if you could provide a log. You should find this in your home folder
