In the add on browser in the UI when I search for it I only find the “HD Homerun Simple” version(and I suspect that’s an local copy I installed ages ago).
I believe the upstream is GitHub - kodi-pvr/pvr.hdhomerun: Kodi's HDHomeRun client addon
The app page appears to be https://kodi.tv/addons/omega/pvr.hdhomerun/ but there is no build for Linux/aarch64.
From the command line, apt-cache search finds kodi-pvr-hdhomerun, but that’s in debian proper and conflicts with vero3-mediacenter-osmc.
How can I install this on OSMC?
It’s already installed, you just need to enable it.
OK this hint helped me get further, I was searching in the install section but now I switched to looking in “My Add-Ons” and I found it, however the version is 2019.9.15 and if I attempt to enable it I get an error that it’s not compatible with the running version, which is OSMC 2025.08-1 running Kodi 21.1. This is a Vero4+ so maybe that’s expected (and I know it’s not supported). Is there something I need to do to get it to update?
I also tried it on a VeroV and once enabled it’s working great there!
If you have a HDHomerun DVR backend running with an active guide data subscription what you want to run is the zuki addon which will give you full integration with Kodi for recording and playback.

I suggest uploading a log via My OSMC.
Vero 4K/4K+ may be on a very old version of OSMC.
You should be able to get a much newer / modern version.
