Interface not loading after update

I could use some help.

I let OSMC upgrade my PI2 to version 17 this week but that has broken it. After reboot I just get a small icon in the top left of my screen. No Menu, no text, the screen is just black appart from the small icon. If I use my remote control it appears to do something because i can hear the clicking sound.

SSH is working. Logged in and removed my .kodi directory as suggested in the FAQ… Rebooted serveral times but that dit not help.

I’m no expert on OSMC of KODI but it looks that some skin related files are missing? I used the default osmc font before upgrading.

What kind of Icon?

You have run in the past apt-get upgrade which has broken the dependencies of install which might be the source of your problems. There is no real fix other than a clean reinstall to that.
Suggest you take a backup and do a reinstall.
