Hello,
I am using the newest version of OSMC on my Pi v3. All is working properly, only my mp4 videos from my gopro are making trouble. I can start them over pictures, they start and aft 4 seconds, they are stopping for several seconds. After a while, they are continuing without any issues. In case of changing the video settings directly in the stream for deinterlacing, the video is moving forward. Unfortunately, there is no deinterlacing setting which solved this issue.
Any ideas?

MP4 is only a container. You would need to provide MediaInfo to get some ideas (my assumption they are 60fps which might cause the issue)
It would be good if we could find out more about the file you are having issues playing. Please see the mediainfo section in How to submit a useful support request - General - OSMC

The video is high bitrate (30Mbit/s) and is 1080p50.
Where are you playing it from? Network? Wired/wireless?
Can you try playing the file locally (e.g. from sdcard or USB stick)?
