When you sign up for an account, if you don’t check the box that says something along the lines of “keep me updated with OSMC news” you can’t proceed forward with account creation. This is either a bug or annoying for people who don’t want to receive random emails about OSMC news.
Suggestion:
(1) make the check optional
(2) remove the check entirely and just put a notice saying “by signing up, you will receive updates”
