Nginx won't install after new OSMC image

Hello there,
I was just setting up my SD-Card completely from scratch and now I only have the latest OSMC version running and nothing else aside it. Now I want to install nginx via sudo apt-get install nginx but I get these messages:

In the Alpha4 (I believe) it was working just fine!

Did I do anything wrong?

I hope anyone can help me out! Thank you!

Having the exact same issue in RC2. Hopefully someone can look into it.

This was due to OSMC using port 80 for webserver. Disable that and nginx installs correcly.
