Anyone else having this problem?

How long have you waited? OSMC is run by a very small team and sometimes travel etc. can get in the way or replying to user emails.

I am trying about a week now. Send a couple of emails. Normally i get answers a lot sooner. Maybe Sam is on a vacation :slight_smile:

Sorry Len – I’ve been away since last Thursday and got back on Monday. It’s been very busy since getting back and I’m catching up on bits.

I’m currently focusing on support tickets that are active issues and as yours is a slightly lower priority I will get back to it in by Friday latest.

I figured there was no urgent need to reply just yet because anything we post currently won’t make progress due to Easter Friday and the Bank Holiday weekend
