No option to clean library under expert mode

Hi, the title sums it up, I guess. I lost this option since I made a previous upgrade (can’t remember which), but it has been going on for a while. I’m using osmc (confluence interface) on a Raspberry PI 3 and I have tried a new fresh install (2016.07-1) without success.
