OOTB remote intermittently not responsive

Hi :blush: im Running a Vero V from this year with update from November.

The remote intermittently stops responding but the works again a few seconds later. This keeps happening. I’ve seen the other topics but there is reads like the remotes are not responding at all. This is not the case here.

I’ve not opened a ticket yet, I’d like to make sure if this isn’t something others have experienced and resolved already, but I couldn’t find it.

if you can provide guidance on additional information I should provide, I’d appreciate it.

There is potential interference from USB3 cables. Do you have any USB3 devices connected to the Vero V?

I have a tiny USB 3.1 stick connected for Kodi backups.

That sounds like an issue inherent for USB 3 connections. Is there a smart workaround other than stopping using it? Maybe a USB extension cable come to think of it.

Yes we have seen sucess with that.
I first would recommend to disconnect the USB Stick to see if it then works totally fine. Then can plan next steps.

Good point. Thanks for the tip. I’ll give that a try later when I’m home again. I’ll report back here.
