Sorry to create a thread about this but I’m not sure what else to do. I placed an order for a Vero V on Wednesday 7th of May and received an order confirmation email soon after. I’ve heard nothing since and I’m anxious that it won’t arrive by 14th of May. This is a birthday present for my son. Emailed the store a few times but no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Based on current orders, this is scheduled to ship on Friday, 16th May
If this isn’t satisfactory please let me know and I can process a refund
I have been away from emails for a day but will get on top of them now.

Have responded to your email. As you’re UK based, you could order from CPC (an official reseller). I’ve sent you a link, but for your reference you can see it here:

They’re pretty quick with delivery and I think they have a next day option
