Hi, I placed an order back on December 11 through Paypal and I still haven’t even received an order confirmation. I have tried emailing support three days ago but have no response. My account was charged but I can’t see any activity on your end? This is very different than my previous three orders.
That doesn’t sound right at all. Do you have your order number at hand? You should be able to see a list of orders on your Account page.
Sorry no, No, sorry I didn’t write anything down because I’ve bought three Veros before and always got an immediate confirmation email.

Your last order was #66980. It shipped via USPS on 13/12. It is showing as delivered on 24/12. I will send you the tracking number via PM.
An order confirmation was sent to your AOL email, but it bounced.
I can’t find any sign of the package here. I’m seeing the tracking number showing it handed off to USPS but it says delivered in Atlanta? My address is about 2 hours drive from there. Do you have a tracking number that shows it coming to my address?
The item is shown as left in a ‘safe’ area.
I don’t know how USPS handle this.
