Hi, I ordered the Vero V on 27th of December and got a order complete message on 31th of December. However tracking code says the parcel is still to be expected and was not received by Royal Mail yet. I send 2 emails to support but I dont get an answer. Anyone has the same issue? (order #82029)
Same position here, albeit my order was placed a little later it is past the 3-5 working day delivery window and no answer to support emails. I’d imagine the team is swamped with orders right now but I’d love some clarity.

The chap above, UserX, is saying he ordered on 27/12 and doesn’t have his yet. What does fulfilled mean in this context?
My tracking code says the shipment label was created on 31th December but the goods are not received by Royal Mail yet.. ordernummer is in the topicstart
End of week absolute latest for UK.
Fulfilled means shipped.
In January that realistically means 2 days for UK and 5 days for ROW
I will discuss this on the ticket shortly

I ordered on the 6th of January, got an order has been received! email and have heard nothing since. When I joined the community with the email address used for the order it says there are no orders. My card was charged straight away. Any idea what has happened to my order, #82573
Hi Sam. I purchased a Vero V on 6 January (ref. Order #82598) and have an order acknowledgement but the order is still saying ‘processing’ and I have no confirmed delivery date. I’ve been working on this over the weekend.
I didn’t expect 6 months of orders in the last ten days.. Backlog will be cleared within a few days. But I suspect it’s because we have to increase prices shortly.
Please don’t send multiple emails because it just slows everything down.
As soon as your order ships you will get a tracking number.

I’m a bit slow on emails buts that’s because we are getting multiple emails about shipping dates.
Better to crack them out and follow up on emails over weekend

Did all orders ship?
My order has a status of packaged, which it had for all of last week.
Well.. same for my order. Packaged on 31th December but still not send or received…
same for me. its been packaged for a week with no response to a ticket ive put in. would really like some kind of update even if its on the main website. sam said theyd be caught up by last weekend then friday. if mine is truly been packaged why hasnt it been shipped? packaging seems harder than shipping but what do i know. ill give it till mid week and then contact my cc company. i have the 4k+ ill just continue on with no support.

We aren’t Amazon, and I don’t think it’s appropriate to place an order on Wednesday evening and send 30 follow up emails by Friday morning. It just slows everything down. Not saying everyone has done that, but some have..
