Is there a away to change background “art”, install pictures, etc on OSMC? for the life of me I just can’t seem to figure it out. I see all these help videos, and everyone seems to have different backgrounds.

I don’t think it’s an (simple) option in the OSMC skin. There are many skins out there where this is included and easily configurable.
