I am trying to install OSMC on my raspberry Pi 2. I have created the OSMC installer on a usb flash drive which is 32 gb. and I have a 1 gd sd card. Can someone please help with a step by step walkthrough on how I can go about achieving this install. Noob here so fell free to bash.
You would need to have a PC/MAC to install the system.
Download the installer for your system Download - OSMC
With that installer you will install the boot system onto the SD Card. When chossing the install destination choose USB.
After successful installation unmount the SDcard. Then plug the SDcard and the USB stick into the Pi2 and power it up.
Then the installation will automatically start and partition/format your USB stick (you will loose all data) and finish the setup.
