OSMC is not starting somehow (Raspery Pi B+)

Hi,

I just installed the latest OSMC image (2016.02-3) with the OSMC installer on a Linux Debian system. Internet connection is wired. In my network there is a DHCP server running.

The Raspi is connected vai HDMI to the TV. When I turn Power on the TV reacts correctly showing that the HDMI input channel is activated by the Raspi, and the coloured start screen appears…

…and then: nothing happens - I waited 10 minutes.

How can I debug this situation? What can I do?

Did you use the correct image?

Do you see any lights on the PI flashing?

I used “Rasperry Pi 2/3”.

I saw the Power on lights flashing red, but the internet connection lights did not flash.

I tried an older version, 2015 something, with no change in behavior.

I suspect the power supply to be to weak (5V, 1A).
