Hi, osmc is booting fine on my rpi3 but I can’t access the setting service.

How can I fix my osmc install so I don’t have to reinstall it all over again?

You log is showing that quite a few addons are having problems. This might be a result of one or more of the pirate add-ons you have installed.
You can try to reinstall the python libraries to see if this helps:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libpython2.7-stdlib
