Could someone please help ? , is there anyway to re-install the osmc settings i have managed to delete it

Perhaps you could describe how you “deleted” it ? Unless you manually deleted the directory in /usr/share/kodi/addons/ it won’t be deleted.
To do a forced reinstall you could do:
sudo apt-get install mediacenter-addon-osmc --reinstall

Thanks , tried , think my pi has some corruption , going to do a full re-install. Thanks for your help
