Hi. Long time user of both raspbmc and now osmc but I use trakt to log my watched movies and episodes. Trakt was working as it should on raspbmc but now with osmc when a movie or episode ends I do not get prompted with the rating screen so therefor I think it is not keeping a record of what has been watched although it does get marked as watched. Has anyone run across this problem?
TIA
Recently the add-on was updated to require the new pin authorization have you changed from the old username and password?
No i have not done that. How do i get “my” pin?
Nevermind, i got it. Will test this out tonight and report back.
OK I have added my pin and given it a few days but trakt still does not allow me to rate my media after it finishes.
It is working fine here, but I had to make a reboot to get the rating to show up.
Sorry to hijack this thread, just wanted to ask if I already have my TV shows synced with trakt, will installing the trakt plugin on osmc pull information from trakt and sync my current library with the ones on trakt? Or will it wipe my trakt data and set all shows to unwatched?
It should pull from trakt and mark the ones you have already seen as watched.
The only issue I’m still having is its not allowing me to rate my media after watching and therefor it isn’t being synced to trakt properly. But everything prior is synced and pulled from trakt correctly.
Thanks a lot. I would suggest you to open an issue on the trakt add-on github repository.
I think that is a setting in the trakt plugin itself, try reinstalling it and going thoutg the settings
