Then please provide debug enabled logs with trying to apply the Hotfix.
Alternatively if you are familiar with SSH you could apply the changes directly
For what itās worth, Iāve solved this on the server side now so this wonāt appear again.

I applied the hotfix today on the GUI as instructed and it worked right out of the box. It updated completely and sudo apt update also works from ssh.
