OSMC Web server failed to start at start up?

I just installed Apache2 and it starts on on boot. Ever since, OSMC always fails to start its web server on boot. I tried go to settings->systems->internet options to change to use HTTP proxy, type in the IP address of the Pi2 and different random port or 8080, setup port forwarding in the router. OSMC still cannot start the web server so I cannot control it with my iOS Kodi app.

I need to may LAMP server to be up.

What can I do to make OSMC web server works with LAMP server? Thanks

You don’t need http proxy. Find the menu for webserver and set to 8080 there.

this solution can be useful for others even if I repent too late.
change your server web to another port. you have to change in two files.

sudo nano /etc/apache2/ports.conf
sudo nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/000-default.conf
